Unless otherwise specified in a resource's documentation, all Pyrospark Development resources are provided under the following terms:

• Free Resources: Licensed for personal and commercial use on FiveM servers
• Paid Resources: Licensed per-server. Each FiveM server requires a separate license
• You may modify the resources for your own use
• You may NOT redistribute, resell, or share our resources in original or modified form
• You may NOT claim our work as your own
• Resource escrow/encryption (if applicable) must remain intact

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All resources, code, documentation, graphics, and related materials are the intellectual property of Pyrospark Development. These Terms of Service grant you a limited license to use our resources, not ownership.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from encrypted/escrowed resources
• Remove or modify copyright notices, credits, or branding
• Use our resources for illegal activities or in violation of FiveM/Rockstar Games Terms of Service
• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense our resources
• Use our resources to create competing products or services

5. Support and Updates

• Support: Provided on a best-effort basis through our Discord community. We do not guarantee response times or issue resolution.
• Updates: We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features at our discretion. Updates are not guaranteed.
• Compatibility: We strive to maintain compatibility with current FiveM versions but cannot guarantee compatibility with all server configurations or third-party resources.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

OUR RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That resources will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That defects will be corrected
• Compatibility with your server configuration

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYROSPARK DEVELOPMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or server downtime
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use our resources
• Issues caused by conflicts with other resources or server configurations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the resource (if any).

8. Refund Policy

• Free Resources: No refunds applicable
• Paid Resources: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase if the resource has critical bugs that prevent basic functionality, provided you have contacted support and allowed reasonable time for resolution
• No refunds for compatibility issues with third-party resources or custom server configurations
• No refunds after 7 days from purchase

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to our resources if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease using our resources
• You must delete all copies of our resources from your servers
• No refunds will be issued for terminated licenses

10. DMCA and Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe our resources infringe your copyright, contact us through Discord with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Evidence of ownership
• Specific location of alleged infringement

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our resources after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
